Directions:

Our agency is located at 4002 Park Blvd, at the corner of Lincoln Ave, between University Avenue and El Cajon Blvd., and just 2 Blocks east of the DMV. It is on the Zoo side of Balboa Park on the same side of the street as the zoo. 4002 is midway between the C Street trolley stop in downtown San Diego across from City College, and Adams Avenue where Trolley Barn Park is located in University Heights.

 

Buses 1 and 11 stop at the bus stop in front of our building.

 

From the East:

Take the 163-S exit off of I-8. Take the Washington East exit off 163-S. The exit curves toward the right to the top of the exit and then right again to get onto Washington East. Go to the first stop light, which is Lincoln, and make a right hand turn. Park Blvd is the 4^th Street you cross while driving east on Lincoln Avenue. 4002 is on the left hand corner.

 

Alternate Route from the East:

Take the Qualcomm Way/Texas Street exit and take Texas Street. Proceed south up the hill to El Cajon Blvd. Turn right on El Cajon Blvd and proceed to Park Blvd. Turn left on Park Blvd and proceed to the corner of Park Blvd and Lincoln Avenue. 4002 is on the right hand side.

 

From the West:

Take I-8 to 163-S. Take the Washington East exit off 163-S. The exit curves toward the right to the top of the exit and then right again to get onto Washington East. Go to the first stop light, which is Lincoln, and make a right hand turn. Park Blvd is the 4^th Street you cross while driving east on Lincoln Avenue. 4002 is on the left hand corner.

 

From the South:

Take the 163-N exit off of 5-N. Take the Washington East exit. Go to the first stop light, which is Lincoln, and make a right hand turn. Park Blvd is the 4^th Street you cross while driving east on Lincoln Avenue. 4002 is on the left hand corner.

 

From the North:

Take 805-S or 15-S to 163-S.  Take the Washington East exit off 163-S. The exit curves toward the right to the top of the exit and then right again to get onto Washington East. Go to the first stop light, which is Lincoln, and make a right hand turn. Park Blvd is the 4^th Street you cross while driving east on Lincoln Avenue. 4002 is on the left hand corner.

 

Arriving without children:

You must check in at the front desk 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after your appointment time. You must park on the street. If you arrive in the area early to avoid being late, you must wait at least 2 miles from the agency location.

 

When you arrive, walk through the iron gates at the front of the building on Park Blvd and walk to the back of the courtyard where you will see a door with a Welcome sign. Ring the door bell, enter the door, and time stamp in. Take a seat and wait for staff to greet you.

Arriving with children:

You must check in at the Children’s Waiting Room 20 minutes before to 10 minutes before your appointment time. You must park in the parking lot, exit the lot to Centre, walk along Centre to Lincoln, turn left on Lincoln, and walk to 4002. You will see a side door with a Welcome sign. Enter the door, time stamp in and ring the door bell, then have a seat and spend some time reading books with your children. Staff will come to greet you.
